The 4th meeting of the Vocational Education Strategic Partnerships project titled "Railway Engineers Association" (Demühder) supported by the Presidency of the European Union (EU) Turkey National Agency was held on June 13-14, 2023, in Nuremberg, Germany. The meeting was attended by project management committee members from Demühder, Certifer Germany, and Croatia Railway Engineers Association, represented by Çetin Tekin, Mustafa Kaya, Cihan Dayangaç, Çağdaş Görgülü, and Sabri. On the first day of the meeting, the current status of the project was evaluated. The results of the professional training needs survey conducted for engineers working in the rail systems sector were shared with the entire project committee. Additionally, the presentation of the other Certification Process Guide and the Railway Engineers Association Internationalization Strategy document, both produced within the scope of the project, was carried out. On the second day of the meeting, a meeting was held with Mr. Reinhard Menius, Honorary Member of the German Railway Engineers Association (VERBAND DEUTSCHER EISENBAHN-INGENIEURE E.V.) - VDEI. After providing basic information about our Association's activities, information about VDEI's activities and the training content of VDEI Academy was obtained.
